Instant Inspiration - Food52!

All roads lead to Food 52

I spend a lot of time searching on the internet for recipe ideas and inspiration for my home. My path often leads to Food52, a crowdsourced cooking website co-founded by former New York Times food editors Amanda Hesser and Merrill Stubbs. Ten years ago, they started their business to inspire recipes, some coming from the community, and then cooked in their test kitchens and shared. The name comes from the number of weeks in a year that we cook.

Today Food52 is so much more than a great place to find recipes. They have an online store that sells the best of everything for your home, including tableware, candles, outdoor furniture, and of course, amazing cookbooks. In addition, their website now includes Drink52 and Home52 with unique ideas and articles that can inspire you to create new and beautiful things.

Inspiration Abounds

Food52 has so many great recipes in one place, it’s hard to choose. This article has 62 of their best cookie recipes.

We envision Food52 as the one place you can see thousands of test kitchen-approved recipes, shop the kitchenware you need to make them, and discuss the results with like-minded people. That same destination can be the go to when you need a birthday gift for a food-obsessed friend. The place to look for great table linens. The place to window-shop and daydream. We depend on—and we look forward to—your ideas, feedback, and support. So get ready for some inspiration and come hang out!

Do you need an idea for holidays cocktails? Drink52 has 25 for you to select from.

Home52 has hundreds of ideas for gift-giving, hosting parties, and even how to tie a perfect bow.

It's hard to commit to only a few minutes on Food52. They have so much to learn from their articles, and the recipes never end. I hope you have time to find many things to love at Food52.
