A tool caddy is essential

The Bedford Lazy Susan from Pottery Barn can fit into most decors, you can see items easily and, it spins!

The essence of effective storage is this: designate a spot for every last thing you own.

A proper desk chair is essential to keep us comfortable yet provide back support while we are at our desks for endless hours. Who says comfort can’t be stylish as well?

The Deal

The Gilded Glam Desk Chair comes in an ivory or gold finish with lumbar support and a 360 degree swivel.

Two chairs that fit this bill have design and functionality in common. Soft leather makes the chair smooth and easy to sit on while the casters allow you to move around your office.

The Splurge

The award-winning Eames Aluminum Group Chair has stood the test of time, comes in 18 colors and a variety of finishes.

A desk that can do double duty

We bought our twin daughters matching Parsons desks when they were in high school. They are a simple design, sturdy, come in different sizes, and have a nice wide drawer to store supplies. Fast forward ten years later and I am using those same desks to hold a sewing machine in one room and as a desk in a guest bedroom - they will outlive you!

The Parsons desk looks good in modern or traditional decor. It’s fun to mix the old with the new.
