Easy Valentine's Dinner Ideas

You got this - Valentine’s Day Dinner 2022

Valentine's Day falls on a Monday this year, following Super Bowl Sunday. So we are planning a delicious dinner at home without a lot of fuss. The recipes come from some of my favorite food blogs. I chose ones that don’t put anyone in the kitchen for too long. There are several shortcuts you can take in preparing like buying a store-bought crust for the pie or using quality jarred marinara sauce for the chicken. I hope you find something here to serve for this romantic holiday - even if the kids are sitting at the table with you.

Crispy Chicken Parmesan

Make ahead and bake when you’re ready to eat.

All you need is love. But a little bit of chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.
— Charles M. Shultz

A simple angel hair pasts tossed with fresh herbs and a Parmesean is the perfect side to absorb all the good sauce from the chicken.

Eat Fresh Glow roasts their broccolini just the way I like it - with a little olive oil, sea salt, and drizzled with a soy, garlic ginger dressing.

Give yourself permission to indulge on Valentine’s Day. Dessert has a little chocolate and peanut butter but only six ingredients.
