Shirt jackets are my new favorite outerwear. They usually have a boxy structure which makes them look like a coat, but they are not form-fitting like a blazer. A shirt jacket can be worn over a simple t-shirt or turtleneck, and provide just the right amount of warmth for a crisp day. Shirt jackets usually come in solid colors, so they pair well with a striped or floral shirt underneath, and you can accessorize with a fun scarf.
