Raspberry Champagne Cocktail/Dessert
Get ready for the compliments when serving this simple, yet yummy cocktail or desert.
This recipe is quite possibly the easiest thing to put together for a dessert or as a cocktail - there are only three ingredients, yet the visual appeal and the taste pack on the WOW factor.
Raspberry Champagne Cocktail/Dessert
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 bottle champagne, I used Gruet Brut 
- 1 pint raspberry sorbet, I like Talenti’s Roman Raspberry Sorbet 
- raspberries or mint for garnish 
Instructions
- Using a cookie scoop, add 1 scoop raspberry sorbet to coupe, champagne flute or wine glass. 
- Fill with champagne and top with fresh raspberries or mint. Serve immediately!
